After 15+ years without a bike, it was time to get a new one to ride with the kids. Edan helped me find exactly what I was looking for (no small feat, since I had no idea how to describe what I wanted!), and got me hooked up with a super comfortable, smooth-riding bike that was in my budget, without any of that annoying pushy up-selling.
